Kate is specifically trained to educate patients about healthy eating and lifestyle choices, help them to develop and set goals, and take their patients’ good intentions and put them into practice.  Kate can help navigate the overwhelming, contradictory, and sometimes downright wrong health tips found on the Internet and flooding all media platforms.

Kate has worked with individuals who want to increase their workout performances, who suffer from chronic illness, Lyme disease, headaches, low self-esteem, the inability to maintain weight loss, and people who have bounced from doctor to doctor unable to find answers to their symptoms. With Kate as your co-pilot, you will work together to develop a customized plan which will assist you in successfully achieving your current health, lifestyle and wellness goals– and ultimately lead you to a permanent, positive change!
