Kate Cretsinger, CNC, is a Certified Nutrition Coach.  In 2004, Kate graduated from University of New England with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.  She also received her nutrition coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015.  Kate has over 15 years of experience in the health & wellness field as a personal trainer, instructor and nutrition coach. 

Kate works with individuals who suffer from chronic illness, Lyme disease, headaches, low self-esteem, the inability to maintain weight loss, and people who have bounced from doctor to doctor unable to find answers.  Not only is it Kate’s goal to educate her clients on how to improve their health, it is also her goal to inspire them to stay healthy.

Kate works closely with her clients to develop a customized plan which assists them in successfully achieving their current health, lifestyle and wellness goals– and ultimately lead them to a permanent, positive change.
